Returnsand Refunds

1. Our Promise to You 

We want you to absolutely love your new watch. 

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right — whether that means an exchange, repair, or refund. 

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds so that everything is transparent and stress-free. 

 

2. Eligibility for Returns 

You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that: 

· The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories). 

· You can provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt). 

Note: Customized, engraved, or limited-edition watches are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. 

 

3. How to Start a Return 

To begin your return, simply: 

1. Contact our support team at brzwaag@gmail.com with your order number. 

2. Briefly explain the reason for your return (this helps us improve). 

3. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions, including a prepaid return label (where applicable). 

Unauthorized returns or packages sent without prior contact may not be accepted. 

 

4. Return Shipping 

· Domestic Returns: We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible orders. 

· International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

Please pack your watch securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind. 

 

5. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. 

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

Refunds may take a few additional days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Important: Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — whichever best suits your situation. 

We may request you return the defective item, in which case we’ll cover the return shipping cost in full. 

 

7. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

· Customized or engraved products 

· Gift cards or e-gift codes 

· Watches showing signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing 

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, we suggest: 

1. Checking with your bank or credit card provider.
