1. Overview 

We know how exciting it is to receive your new watch — that’s why we’re committed to getting your order to you safely, quickly, and with full transparency. 

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver our products, the options available, and what to expect throughout the process. 

 

2. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once your package has shipped. 

Note: During high-demand periods (such as sales or new product launches), processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped — not when it’s placed. Actual times may vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. 

 

4. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 100$. 

All fees (shipping, taxes, and customs duties, where applicable) will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase — no surprises. 

 

5. Tracking Your Order 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. 

If you decline to pay customs duties and the package is returned, we will refund your purchase minus any return shipping or handling costs incurred. 

 

7. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot guarantee redirection once an order has been shipped. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply). 

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact our support team. We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

 

8. Damaged or Missing Items 

We take every precaution to ensure your watch arrives in perfect condition. 

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. 

We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation — your satisfaction is always our top priority. 

 

9. Order Changes or Cancellations 

You can request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t yet shipped. 

Once shipped, orders can no longer be modified but may be eligible for return after delivery. 

 

10. Delays Beyond Our Control 

While we strive to meet every delivery estimate, certain factors — like extreme weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions — may be beyond our control. 

If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and do everything possible to minimize the delay.
