All our watches are designed and assembled with precision. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or screen display differences. 

We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund. 

3. Pricing and Payment 

Prices are displayed in CAD and include all applicable taxes
unless stated otherwise. 

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to material costs, promotions, or market changes — but we’ll always honor the price shown at checkout. 

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your payment information. 

4. Shipping and Delivery 

We offer global shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected method. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for transparency. 

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we’re not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect details. 

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us right away; we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible. 

5. Returns and Exchanges 

We want you to love your watch. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in original packaging. 

To start a return:

2.      We’ll guide you through the process and issue a prepaid return label (in most cases). 

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your item. 

Customized or engraved watches are non-returnable unless defective. 

6. Warranty 

Every watch comes with a [2-year] limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. 

This warranty does not cover:

·  Damage from accidents, misuse, or water exposure beyond rated depth

We recommend professional servicing every few years to maintain performance. Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, solvents, or strong magnetic fields. 

For water-resistant models, ensure the crown is fully secured before exposure to moisture.
